The foundation’s vision is to have “a society where nobody dies of hunger; where every child has the necessary nourishment required to develop into a healthy and happy individual” with the mission to “provide funds for feeding programs in poverty-stricken areas.” The MCKS Food for the Hungry Foundation, Inc. pledges to provide one million meals throughout the country particularly for malnourished children every year. The members of the foundation gather to visit areas and hold feeding programs in schools and orphanages including children and senior citizens in other communities.

In 2004, the foundation started a feeding program in three areas in National Capital Region (NCR) of the Philippines with a total number of 35,929 children. In 2005, the foundation was able to feed 1,564,725 children in seven areas in NCR and four areas in other provinces which is exponentially bigger than the first year of service. In the following years until to date, the foundation strengthens its commitment and keeps exceeding the goal of feeding one million children a year as well as reaching out to more areas not just in NCR but also in remote areas in provinces where children have little or no access to good nutrition.

As of December 2018, almost 15 years of service, the MCKS Food for the Hungry Foundation, Inc. has fed a total of 16,655,282 children. Truly, a great feat for the foundation that is continuing until today.
